1. General Information
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If your item does not meet your expectations, you may withdraw from the purchase contract and return the product within 14 days from the date you received it.
This Return Policy is prepared in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
A Buyer who is a consumer (natural person) purchasing goods on www.needstore.eu has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without providing any reason within 14 days.
The 14-day period begins:
- on the day the Buyer receives the Goods;
- if multiple Goods are ordered and delivered separately — on the day the last Item is received;
- if the Goods consist of multiple lots or parts — on the day the last lot or part is received;
- for contracts involving regular delivery of Goods — on the day the first Item is received.
If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day.
3. How to Submit a Return Request
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller of the decision to return the item(s) using one of the following options:

- submit a return request in your account under “Return of Purchase”,
or
- send a written withdrawal statement (Word / PDF) to need@jvmlogistics.lv.
After receiving your return request, the Seller will send a written confirmation via email.
4. Conditions for Returning Goods
The Goods must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal request is submitted.
The deadline is considered met if the Goods are handed over to the carrier before the 14-day period expires.
Returned Goods must:
- be in resellable condition,
- show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and functioning,
- include all components and accessories,
- preferably be in their original packaging (when applicable).
The Buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.
5. Refused or Uncollected Shipments
If the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to collect the shipment from the carrier or pickup point, provides an incorrect delivery address, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned to the Seller, the Buyer shall bear the direct costs associated with the return of the Goods.
Any return shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, storage fees, customs charges, or other carrier-related costs incurred as a result of the returned shipment may be deducted from the refund amount.
The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded using the original payment method.
6. Refunds
A refund will be issued within 14 days after the Seller receives and inspects the returned Goods.
The refund includes:
- the cost of the Goods;
- the original standard delivery cost, where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Any deductions permitted under this Return Policy, including those described in Section 5 (Refused or Uncollected Shipments) and Section 7 (Reduction of Refund Amount), may be applied before the refund is processed.
Additional delivery charges (e.g., where the Buyer selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered by the Seller) are not refundable.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
7. Reduction of Refund Amount
If the Buyer has used the Goods more extensively than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, the Seller may reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the Goods.
The Seller may also reduce the refund amount where the returned Goods are incomplete, damaged, missing accessories, or otherwise returned in a condition that reduces their resale value.
8. Goods That Cannot Be Returned
In accordance with EU regulations, the following Goods cannot be returned:
- custom-made or personalised products;
- opened hygiene-related products;
- Goods that have lost value due to the Buyer’s actions or improper handling;
- Goods without packaging when the packaging is an essential part of the product’s value;
- digital products once downloaded or accessed.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases:
- NEED will cover all return shipping costs;
- the Buyer may choose a replacement or a full refund;
- evidence such as photos/videos may be requested to process the claim.
This section does not limit the consumer’s legal warranty rights under EU law.
10. Intentional Damage or Improper Use
If the Buyer has intentionally damaged the Goods, misused them, or handled them in a way that has caused a loss of value, the Seller has the right to:
- refuse the refund entirely, or deduct the diminished value from the refund amount.
In such cases, the Buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
This does not affect the Buyer’s rights regarding defective or incorrect Goods received from the Seller.
