Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Please note:
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During peak seasons or supplier-related delays, processing time may extend up to 2 weeks.

2. Shipping Methods & Carrier Transit Times

FedEx | DHL | UPS | DPD
Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

DPD | Venipak | NovaPost
Local Delivery: 2–4 business days

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, peak season, or operational delays.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time consists of:
Order Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time

Express delivery options may reduce transit time but do not affect processing time.

4. Product Availability Statuses

Ready
Fast order processing, this item is prepared and dispatched within 1 business day.

Estimated total delivery time:
2–10 business days (depending on shipping method)

Backorder
Item is temporarily out of stock.

Estimated supplier restock and dispatch time:
approximately 1-2 weeks before shipment.

Estimated total delivery time:
approximately 3–4 weeks, including shipping.

Pre-Order
Item is not yet available in stock.

Estimated processing and dispatch time:
2–7 weeks before shipment.

Total delivery time depends on product release schedule and shipping method.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
• All countries within the European Union
• Selected international destinations

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Parcel weight and size
• Selected carrier (FedEx | DHL | UPS | Nova Post)

All charges are shown before order confirmation.

7. Shipping Insurance (Optional)

We offer optional Additional Shipping Insurance for €11 (excluding VAT), which covers your shipment up to €1000 in case of:
• Loss
• Damage

Additional Shipping Insurance can be added during checkout.

If Additional Shipping Insurance is not purchased, shipments are covered only by the carrier’s standard liability.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments outside the EU, customs charges or import duties may apply.
These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.

9. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive an email with:
• Tracking number
• Carrier name
• Tracking link

10. Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the expected delivery date.

For insured shipments, we will assist with filing a claim and arranging compensation (up to €1000 when insurance is selected).

If an item is incorrectly delivered or returned to us due to carrier error, we will resend the parcel or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
