Ajax FireProtect 2 RB (Heat/Smoke/CO) is a multifunctional wireless fire detector designed to provide comprehensive protection for residential and commercial premises. The device combines smoke detection, heat monitoring, and carbon monoxide (CO) sensing to ensure early warning of fire hazards and dangerous CO levels.

An advanced optical smoke sensor detects smoke at an early stage, while the heat sensor reacts to rapid temperature increases. The integrated carbon monoxide sensor identifies the presence of CO-an invisible, odorless, and highly toxic gas that can occur during fires or due to faulty heating appliances. This multi-sensor approach enables reliable detection even when visible smoke or open flames are not yet present.

The detector features a powerful built-in siren for immediate on-site alerts and, when connected to an Ajax hub, sends instant notifications to the mobile app as part of the Ajax Systems ecosystem. It can operate autonomously or as part of a coordinated fire safety system with synchronized alarms across multiple detectors.

The RB (Replaceable Battery) version uses replaceable batteries, simplifying maintenance and extending the device’s service life, with advance low-battery notifications. Finished in a clean white design, the detector blends seamlessly into any interior.
